Found this place just by search for breakfast and so glad I did! I had biscuits and gravy, bacon, eggs with a fried green tomato on the side. The food was very good except the crust was a little hard, not able to be cut with a fork. My friend had the Florentine omelet, it looked delicious and she said it was. We had iced amaretto coffee and I had the spiced latte, both were very good. We had excellent service, I wish I could remember our waiter's name! Located in the pink Victory building, parking is free with validation from restaurant. Would definitely go again when in the area.

3 seated tables in the restaurant at 1:30. We ordered Fried Green Tomatoes which took almost 20 minutes to get. The entrees came out hot plate, cold food. Our server did have it remade and taken off our bill. Line cooks were sitting out back when we arrived, probably had everything to do with it. Definitely recommend the downtown location. Greek goddess dressing was excellent though. The new Gulf Shrimp Benny was perfect though.

Service was good, friendly staff. Tammy didn't enjoy the food. Beignets were overcooked outside and undercooked inside. Biscuits were tough, could tell the dough was worked too much. Maybe I just didn't order the right things as my companion's food seemed enjoyable. Pics were promising but I wouldn't go back. Must pay for parking if you can't find space on the street.

The service was awesome and the food even better! Visiting from Florida and this place has the BEST pancakes I have ever had in my life! That maple butter is top tier 😋 👌🏽!! Highly recommended!

Food was delicious. We got the stuffed French toast and Cinnamon Swirl pancakes. Both were sweet, but not too sweet. Coffee was good too. We will go back again next time we are in Charleston.

June 2023, I really wish they'd bring back my favorite. Those Crab cakes bennies with the fried green tomato. Yum. I just tried the Upside-down pineapple pancakes were so good that I didn't even need syrup. Oct 2023, Just had the pork rinds tacos( my new favorite thing) and the Apple pie pancakes. Wow.

The staff were great and friendly. I asked for hollandaise instead of the pork tasso (I don't eat pork) on the The Chicken St. Charles and it was fantastic!! The Berry Chantilly Pancakes were divine!! I definitely recommend the pancakes for adults or kids! The chicken sandwich was quite large and tasty, too.

We had 3 Benedicts. Fried tomato, chicken, and shrimp. All were delightfully delicious! So many choices here for sweet breakfasts. Next time I'm getting White chocolate bread pudding pancakes....Sounds amazing!
